Abstract :The purpose of Shantou , through the investigation to understand the situation of anemia in pregnant women, the relevant factors on the relationship between anemia and its effect on the impact of anemia. Methods A questionnaire uniform of the urban area in Shantou City, the first hospital antenatal survey of pregnant women, blood testing. Questionnaire to collect, collate, using SPSS for Windows 11.0 statistical ysis. The results of Shantou City in pregnancy as the incidence of anemia in 10.70%, mild to moderate anemia prevalence rates were 8.00%, 2.70%, pregnancy early, middle and late anemia prevalence rate of 6.00 percent, followed by, 8.80%, 15.80 %. Different weight, the degree of a cup of coffee and oking, menstrual cycle, menstrual volume and progesterone times flow of pregnant women, the incidence of anemia was no significant difference. Third trimester of pregnancy, low education level, family per capita monthly income is low, regular tea, the liver of animals and animal blood, meat, sesame, edible fungus, mushrooms, rich in vitamin C intake less vegetables and fruits, there is no law to receive iron and vitamin supplement, production times and more pregnant women, their high incidence of anemia. Anemia during pregnancy influence the factors of age, pregnant times, production times, the family per capita monthly income, the liver of animals and animal blood, meat, sesame, edible fungus, mushrooms, rich in vitamin C intake of vegetables and fruits as well as the acceptance of iron and regularity vitamin supplement. Shantou conclusion the incidence of anemia in pregnancy in the general level, the prevalence rate in late pregnancy than other pregnant; different education level, family per capita monthly income, the middle time of pregnant women, the incidence of anemia is different; regular tea, the liver of animals and animal blood, meat, sesame, edible fungus, mushrooms, rich in vitamin C intake less vegetables and fruits, there is no law to receive iron and vitamin supplement, and its high incidence of anemia; the impact of anemia during pregnancy factors, older, multi-pregnant times, productive times, families on low income per capita and less intake of animal blood and animal liver, lean meat, sesame, edible fungus, mushrooms, vitamin C-rich vegetables and fruits, to accept the lack of regularity of iron and vitamin supplementary, and its trend of higher incidence of anemia.
